In an action packed weekend for tattooing, as well as the Philadelphia Con, the 2nd Annual Best in the Midwest Tattoo Convention will take place this weekend at the Mid-America Center, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Why not tag your photos to the event page on tattstar.com?
